This is the direction we are building towards, through the producers we work with today, the partners we have yet to meet, and the resources we are still growing into. Some of this is already in motion. Most of it will take time, and it all depends on the relationships we’re building and the financial support through your purchase and backing of Omawild. Every cup, every order, and every partnership becomes a part of how this takes shape. Everything counts.
Where we are going
Our Blueprint
Omawild began with coffee, but it was never only about coffee. It started with a simple question: what does it take to build systems that don’t extract from our future, but help sustain the world we love? Everything we do is part of a larger expedition towards understanding, protecting, and regenerating the ecosystems that sustain life on our planet. This is just beginning, and we can’t do it without you.
Seed Sovereignty
We’re working to partner with seed banks and local growers, especially indigenous communities, to protect heirloom and open-pollinated seed varieties that can continue to reproduce and adapt over time. By preserving genetic diversity at the source, we strengthen climate resilience and safeguard the future of food systems before they are lost.
Regenerative Transition
We work with producers who are already practicing regenerative agriculture, including farms where conservation educators are embedded in daily operations. This is still the exception rather than the norm. We also work to support and encourage conventional farms to transition through long-term relationships, shared learning, and practical tools that can be applied on the ground.
Ecosystem Research
We’re working toward supporting conservation education, biodiversity monitoring, and field-based research that make ecosystem patterns more visible and actionable. These efforts will be supported through mechanisms such as our 1% for the Planet commitment at the end of each fiscal year, as revenue allows.
Environmental Restoration
We are building toward supporting organisations working to restore degraded ecosystems across both land and ocean, from reforestation and soil regeneration to coral restoration and biodiversity recovery. This will be enabled through future growth and mechanisms such as our 1% for the Planet commitment, as Omawild develops.
